Oscar Padilla
Vice President, Branch Manager Queens
Mr. Padilla has been with The Advance Group for 5 years, having first served in the banking industry for 18 years. He is responsible for ensuring that client inventories are accurately recorded. He has developed policies and procedures to facilitate the accountability of equipment and materials. Oscar is also responsible for coordinating the activities of two warehouses and is a liaison with commercial clients as required to assist with client needs.
In his role as Branch Manager, Oscar reviews daily inventory database inputs, verifies accuracy, and implements tracking procedures for all inventory including equipment, product, and shipments. He is also responsible for overseeing the daily operations and functions of the facility, and enforcing established policies and procedures for the maintenance of a safe, productive and efficient work environment.
