Ms. Menghi has been with The Advance Group for over 22 years. Rosemary’s department is responsible for the overall quality of all services provided, including training and uniform compliance. Her department ensures compliance with federal compliance rules and regulations on all interstate moves.
Rosemary’s department is also responsible for all cargo claims that are filed, explanations of the claims process to our clients, investigating all incidents, and settling client claims.
Rosemary oversees and manages residential sales and the customer service department, and is responsible for the performance quality of the household sales staff and household customer service departments in their daily operations.
